I dont know why, this really cracked me up! hAHAhah

Okay ive been feeling down & kinda stressed since ytd night when i told myself i wanted smth very very badly but i can't have it unless i sacrifice smth else which obviously is much more impt than the thing i really do want.

I alwys told myself, it wldnt be worth it to have loads of money anw. Because it isnt like what you'd think it would be.
You want that money cuz you want that big house (it wld make you better than everyone arnd you and make your life better), but if you did have tht big house, you won't have that "everyone" arnd you anymore, its a different "everyone" alr. It wont be the friends you were trying t impress in the first place. It'd be the friends who have the same size mansion as you, and you wld feel the stress to top them. Yet again, wanting to be richer.

I knw i probably dont make sense anw.

But at times like these, i wish i had just a few more bucks in handy. Just for me to be able t sleep at night, not stressing over the things i really want.
Though maybe i should wish to not be materialistic instead of to not be poor.

I went for an open house today. I like the way the speaker spoke! Good presentation skills, i wanna learn!
And i feel like doing double major! Lol.
I always choose the degrees with ___ AND ___, those 1 major don't appeal to me. Dont know why.


Im actually very anxious to study.
Although the idea of staying home, shaking leg and earning big bucks is very appealing as you get others to tend your business.
But i dont think i can live that way.
I wanna go out and do stuff. Projects, learn stuff, be busy.

But kinda busy now, don't know when i can even start school :(

So recently, i told myself not to come online too much. I dont think its very good for one's wellbeing.
Like 99% of my time spent at home is on the laptop. I havent watched tv in ages!!

Why do people complain about being fat but do nothing about it?
Do they do it just to fish for "No you're not!" compliments?

And instead of complaining about how tired they are from working out at the gym, how hungry they are from dieting.. They rather complain about how much they've eaten today, yesterday, the day before, accumulated and further on complain on how much all those food is gonna add to their waistline.

Do smth about it. Nobody likes to hear you complaining day in and day out about you being fat then eating a heap of food.

Went to Holland V for century egg porridge @Crystal Jade, and ice cream at Cold Rock!
Honeycomb+cheesecake flavoured ice cream + violet crumble.
YUM X3!!!

Im surprised the scene at Holland V is very alike town. A lot of pple dress up just to stand around at the road sides.
But don't know what else is good there except good food??? And Wala wala.

Saturday

Came back to have steamboat with Mummy at Liang Seah.
I was craving for the steamboat+bbq, the scallops and chilli fish! But guess what, the "boss" at that "tian tian huo guo" was being a dickface.

He asked us how many pax and we said 2, then he said sorry no seat. Then we found a empty table and we asked another guy, he asked us to sit first and he cleared the table for us.
Then the "boss" yelled at him and said, no more no more.
(Right in front of us, he gave some 4pax our table)
My mum screamed at him after that.

And then at "la mei zi", the lady called us to sit down. Then we sat alr, but frm behind us, another lady was screaming "san wei san wei SAN WEI~~" (3pax 3pax) and shoo us off the table for them to sit.

Sigh, i know business is business. Tell me sth i dont know right.
Its one thing to serve more pax first, but its another thing to shoo us when we already seated right. Or ignore us for other people.

Anyway, just when we walked away, it started to drizzle. Everyone started squeezing into the shelters (there were more than 30 tables places outside the shop with no shelter). AND THEN, it started pouring madly!!!

HDB is making a big hooha about this pet cafe issue. As though they've never heard of pet cafe before! (WHICH I BET THEY'VE NEVER LA!) And downright rejected our application. So we went to dig up resources and now talking to the Big Boss.

And finally, someone clever around! She is willing to consider our application :>
(Even if she rejects it too, we have Plan C)

In the meantime, since this is dragging so long and i feel useless doing practically nothing but sucking up other pple's money, i have decided to start working!
Okay this is a horrible idea, i know. Because how am i going to quit before a month is up -_-

I have so many frds who are not schooling but opened their own business. Really! And i always put them in mind thinking, they can do it, why can't i?
But i need to erase that thought, because I AM NOT THEM AND THEY ARE NOT ME. Why follow someone for the sake of following?

Sure i can do it. I got so much plans, even after this pet cafe, i know how else to venture out.
But i feel embarrassed to not have a degree yknow?

When im sweating out at the shop. Hur.

Today i went for the food hygiene course and i think it was realllllyy funny, i couldnt stop laughing at so many things! Its all about food safety so its really long winded like how many times you gotta wash your hands, wash the food and wash the utensils.
We had to do this practical following a video of a person making a lettuce sandwich. I was just imagining if the lettuce drop into the sink, then you gotta start back all over again with washing your hands first!
And we had to wear hair cap, gloves and mask! Its my first time wearing mask over my mouth and i think i got some kinda panic attack because i kept breathing in damn deeply and fiercely until i felt like fainting :S

Anyway im kinda happy, thursday and friday and perhaps this weekend i am kinda "free". Though mentally im really stressing over so much stuff now.

Actually i wonder why i alwys make friends with the "carefree" kind when im not supposed to be this way. I dont think i shd waste my life anymore.

My sis was telling me abt her teacher who is old and single, but she had travelled ALL AROUND THE WORLD BEFORE AND DONE EVERYTHING!!!!
Serious, she even STAYED in an igloo for about a week! (And they actually dont bathe in there!)

Ohh man i think that's huge. I was looking at the vast ocean on tv, clear and blue. I had seen this exact image when i was flying back from Perth, even the lady beside me leaned towards me to get a look out of the window. Literally seeing the plateau and formations under the water!

There's so much to do and so little time! And actually after this pet cafe, i was thinking of opening a clothes shop. Because i had been discussing w my friends who all own boutiques and i think its REALLY easy money man! Like my friend totally dont wanna go back to study when a degree can only fetch up to $3k nowadays??

Dont get me started on how much Tracyeinny has been earning since God knows when.

Right now, life is all about making money AND SPENDING IT TO ENJOY! :>

One of the few things that made me happy these few days is my new pair of sandals!

Everytime i get a new pair of sandals, i'll wear it alllll the time neglecting my other sandals and it makes me not wanna wear all my "old" ones at all anymore. Feeling that i totally grew out of it. Quite sad.

Maybe i should was them and sell at my flea market?

But i'll be selling my blazers FOR SURE! I have so many of them! Collected them cuz theyre so pretty + when i planned to go back Perth to study. But in sg, i totally dont wear them at all. I hate piling layers of clothes on!

Ive got totally no more kick to blog. Its like everything i do, i'll tweet it instead. And blogging about things i've already mentioned seems so redundant.

Ohwell! I cannot let this place die i guess. Part of my spending money comes frm here x:

Friday supposed to go West coast for night picnic! I cooked 2 beef lasagne and 2 teriyaki chicken. Yummm.


I used the lousy oven (no temperature settings) that's why it got burnt parts, within only 3 mins some more. Used to this already.
And ran out of mozerella cheese so used gloucester cheese for the top. Which is quite salty, like cheddar cheese so it's not really the right cheese for lasagne.

But who cares, the person who's eating it is a pig and not a fussy food critic you see. Haha!

Anyway my mum bought all the cooking equipment for the cafe already and they are so huge! Giant oven, giant grill and giant deep fryer! Lol!

Uhm ok, so we were supposed to go West coast but because i was very late, and last minute we planned for other stuff at night, we "picnic" at a more simple place. Haha!
And.. i don't like to eat food i cooked. I will feel super jelat!

After, went prawning!
Caught a lot. Especially when everyone left their rod to go and eat. Its like one after another you see the buoy moving by itself or bobbing up and down. And now i know very well how to see if the prawn is eating your bait!

Actually im very very VERY curious on how painful it is to be pinched by the prawn's pincers. If its not so painful i can go and catch myself. But i just dont like the water to splash into my eye cuz its like so dirty.

After prawning, we sat lorry home! I thought its like fun. Anyway its my first time.



Well, its HORRIBLY SCARY!


My hair blowing this direction because i was facing the back of the lorry. Once i got up and sit, i didnt dare to change position so ok, i enjoy the back scenary.

I felt fever last night and a dry cough this morning. So i went t the doc t check whether i have H1N1, lol! I feel rlly retarded, when i have a thermometer at home but i chose to go to the doc to ask "Uhm, i just wanna see if i got a fever".

And stupid thing is, my temp is only 37deg, no fever!
But ok, better be safe than sorry. I dont wanna be infected.
And i asked for the flu vaccination tday but they said all sold out! Omg, must go polyclinic then have.



I had driving today and the crazy fuck make me parallel park his car for him! When i havent learnt shit abt parking car lah. Then so impatient somemore. He was giving me instructions while talking on the phone with someone else somemore!
